I help create services
with user research and design thinking.
A bit about me . . .
I like Whiskey, observational documentaries and long distance cycling adventures. I enjoy baking and gardening and I hold Diogenes, honesty and philanthropists in high regard.
One day I will Kayak the Danube river.
My work history . . .
I worked as a Service Analyst for a healthcare technology service provider in Berkshire. My work was comprehensive, liaising with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to inform and design communication hubs, information systems and new healthcare services.
I have worked as a UX Designer for government digital transformation projects and commercial services while at a digital agency. Conducting user research, designing Information Architecture and user journeys.
Before all of the 'career' work, I have worked as a Hotel Manager, Shop Assistant, Shipping Coordinator, Healthcare Adviser and Musician. All tied together by an interest in improving services, before I knew service designers existed.
My education . . .
I studied Digital Media at Falmouth Arts University, specialising in Interaction Design. Recently I was awarded a scholarship for a MSc Business Analysis and Service Design at Henley Business School.
